Returns and Complaints

🔄Returns

Products purchased from us can be returned within 30 days from the date you receive the package. To do so, you can log in to your account and use the quick returns option.

1. Select the products to return
You may return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 30 days to make a return.
2. Provide shipment details
Check the details imported from the order and complete any missing information, including the shipping method, packaging type, and dispatch date.
3. Pack and ship the package
Pack the return in the same or another suitable package. Hand the parcel over to the courier, drop it off at a parcel locker, or at a drop-off point. The products will be returned to our store.

Please remember to include the receipt or invoice in the package. Be sure to provide your bank account number for the refund transfer – this will speed up the refund process.
You may send the withdrawal from the purchase agreement by email to: sklep@azwarsztat.pl.
The 30-day deadline is determined by the date the email is sent or the date the return package is shipped.
Returned goods must be complete (including tags) and must not show any signs of use.
If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.
Refunds: The refund for the returned goods will be processed no later than within 30 days from the date the package is received. The refund method depends on the payment method used for the purchase. If the order was paid via instant bank transfer, the refund will be made using the same method. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return costs: The cost of returning goods to the store is borne by the Customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of return shipping.

📩Complaints

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or not in accordance with your order, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Below is the complaints procedure:

  1. Contact us using one of the available contact methods (contact form, email, hotline).

  1. Describe the issue in detail and include your order number, receipt, or invoice.
  2. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint process.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another form of compensation.
