QJY240B-E vehicle lift steel cable

Top quality steel synchronisation cable for two-post lifts, ideally suited to the QJY240B-E model (model designation on the nameplate: A-P24AUTO with a maximum load capacity of 4000 kg). Robust workmanship and strong strands ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment in your workshop.

Complete safety of use is guaranteed. The cables are certified for use in vehicle lifts and pass technical inspection without any problems. Together with the cable, you will receive an EU Declaration of Conformity confirming compliance with European standards. The cables comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and meet the following standard and other technical requirements: EN ISO 12100.

Important information about purchase and installation

Please note carefully that the offer is for one cable and the price quoted is for one cable. It is worth remembering that two cables are fitted in the lift.

For proper and even tension of the entire system, and thus for maximum operational safety, it is best to replace the cables in pairs! Order two cables if needed.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
If you cannot find the nameplate and do not have the technical documentation, selecting parts based on the model may be difficult. In this situation, we recommend searching for parts by category, photos, and dimensions, which often allows you to precisely match the correct component.
