Specification and design of the component
The slide (also known as a slide block) is an extremely important component of the lifting system. The product shown in the photographs features a distinctive cut-out that precisely encloses the guide rail, preventing excessive play. It is made from a highly abrasion-resistant plastic, capable of withstanding heavy loads during intensive workshop use.
Important technical information: Properly functioning slides eliminate direct, dangerous metal-on-metal friction between the lifting carriage and the interior of the column. Replacing them in good time protects expensive structural components from wear and tear and ensures smooth, quiet operation of the equipment.
Application and installation (see diagram)
As shown in the attached diagram from the manual (part marked with number 2), the slides are fitted directly onto the frame of the lifting trolley. As this is a fully original product, you can be sure of a perfect fit and quick and easy installation without the need for any modifications.
We recommend replacing all the slides on the trolley at the same time. Replacing only individual slides may lead to an uneven distribution of forces and premature wear of the new components.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?
Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.
Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:
- Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
- Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
- Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?
- Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
- If you cannot find the nameplate and do not have the technical documentation, selecting parts based on the model may be difficult. In this situation, we recommend searching for parts by category, photos, and dimensions, which often allows you to precisely match the correct component.
