Professional Type K polymer mounting head protection cover – the ideal replacement for the original Weber parts for Profi Series tyre changers. This precision component protects delicate alloy wheels from scratches and damage during tyre fitting and removal in tyre workshops.
Compatible with Weber Profi Series machines
The cover is ideally suited to the STM-101, STM-102, STM-121-L and STM-122 models in the Profi series. Designed as a direct replacement (marked with number 16 in the machine's technical diagram), it ensures a perfect fit to the side-rotating mounting arm. Intended for professional tyre changers handling rims up to 24″, as in the STM-102 models with a bead-breaking force of 2500 kg and a power of 1.1 kW.
Full compatibility ensured – no machine modifications required, works with the self-centring clamping plate and steel clamping claws.
Function and precise dimensions
The main function of the protection cover is to eliminate direct contact between the metal mounting head and the rim, protecting the rim flange from scratches. Push-in installation is instant – the flexible polymer slides onto the mounting head without tools, snapping securely into place.
