Hydraulic cylinder piston seal, 63 x 47 x 31.1 mm
Compact piston seal for hydraulic cylinders, dimensions 63 x 47 x 31.1 mm. The component ensures the piston seals properly within the cylinder and prevents oil leakage between the cylinder chambers. Used, for example, in car lifts and other hydraulically powered workshop equipment.

Construction of the cylinder piston seal
This is a compact seal combining several functions in a single unit. The outer polyurethane rings act as guides and supports, whilst the central rubber element ensures proper dynamic sealing. This design provides stable piston operation under load, as well as resistance to abrasion and high operating pressure.
When to replace the piston seal
A worn cylinder piston seal manifests itself as the lift dropping spontaneously, a loss of lifting force, or oil leaks inside the cylinder. Regular replacement restores the system’s full sealing integrity and supports safe operation of the equipment.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?
Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.
Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:
- Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
- Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
- Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?
- Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
