UHS 38x48x6 lift cylinder seal

High-quality polyurethane piston seal, designed for demanding hydraulic systems in car lifts, tyre changers and wheel balancers. It guarantees perfect sealing and a long service life even under intensive use in professional workshop conditions.

Technical details and dimensions

The seal is precision-made from durable blue polyurethane (PU). Its distinctive asymmetrical profile performs excellently under high operating pressure.

  • Internal diameter: 38 mm
  • Outer diameter: 48 mm
  • Height (thickness): 6 mm
  • Profile: UHS / RHS (with integrated black O-ring)

Unique design: The presence of an internal black expansion ring (O-ring) ensures initial contact between the sealing lips. As a result, the seal maintains full system tightness even at the lowest operating pressures, effectively preventing unwanted lowering of the lift arms.

Application and installation

This component is extremely important for the proper operation of the lifting system. It reliably prevents internal hydraulic fluid leaks between the cylinder chambers.

Important service information: In accordance with the attached technical diagram of the cylinder, the seal offered is marked as item no. 154 in the drawing. This component is fitted directly onto the piston, at the end of the main piston rod (no. 156). Please note that the design requires the use of two such seals.
