30 mm composite mounting head
A high-quality composite mounting head designed for professional tyre changers. It is an essential piece of equipment for any modern tyre workshop that prioritises fast and safe wheel handling. Thanks to the use of a very strong plastic, the head eliminates the risk of scratches on the rim flange during the tyre mounting and demounting process.
Complete safety for alloy wheels: Made from durable composite material, the mounting head directly protects painted and polished light alloy wheels. No need for additional, abrasive plastic covers!

- Mounting hole diameter: 30 mm – a popular and universal size, perfectly suited to the spindles of many tyre changer models available on the market.
- Material: Stress-resistant composite (nylon). Withstands the significant forces encountered when working with rigid run-flat tyres or low-profile tyres.
- Mounting system: The head is mounted on the machine spindle using two sturdy Allen screws, ensuring high stability and no play.
- Contoured profile: The anatomical shape of the head facilitates the insertion of the mounting/demounting lever and ensures the tyre bead slides smoothly.
