Quick Exhaust Valve – Blow-off Valve (2 x 8 mm)
We offer a professional quick exhaust valve designed for pneumatic systems in tyre changers. It is a key component of tyre changers, responsible for the effective control of air flow in the cylinders.
The main task of this valve is to instantly exhaust the air from the cylinder chamber, which allows the bead breaker to quickly return to its starting position and significantly speeds up the operator's work.
The valve is characterised by high-quality workmanship. The body, made of durable plastic, and the brass threaded elements ensure tightness and a long service life, even under intensive use in workshop conditions. The product is equipped with an integrated sintered bronze silencer, which effectively reduces the noise of escaping air.

Thanks to the use of standard push-fit connectors for 8 mm hoses, the valve is universal and fits most common tyre changers available on the market. Its replacement is simple and does not require specialised tools – the hoses are push-fit.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?
Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.
Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:
- Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
- Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
- Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?
