Quick release – Blow-off valve (2 x 8 mm)

We offer a professional quick release valve (so-called quick release), designed for pneumatic systems in vulcanising machines. It is a key component of tyre changers, responsible for the effective control of air flow in actuators.

The main task of this valve is to instantly empty the air from the actuator chamber, which allows the beater to quickly return to its starting position and significantly speeds up the operator's work.

The valve is characterised by high quality workmanship. The body made of durable plastic and brass threaded elements ensure tightness and long service life, even with intensive use in workshop conditions. The product is equipped with an integrated sintered bronze noise damper, which effectively reduces the sound of escaping air.

Thanks to the use of standard plug connectors for 8 mm hoses, the valve is universal and fits most popular tyre changers available on the market. Its replacement is simple and does not require specialised tools – the hoses are push-fit.
