Repair kit for 200 mm bead breaker cylinder seals
⚠️ Note: there are two types of bead breaker cylinder on the market: 185 mm or 200 mm – these seals fit the larger 200 mm cylinder types.
A complete set of O-ring seals designed to recondition and seal the bead breaker cylinder on tyre changers with a 200 mm diameter. Regular replacement of the seals prevents leaks and a decrease in the efficiency of the unit, ensuring a longer service life.
The kit is compatible with tyre changer models such as the M-200 and similar models. We recommend checking the dimensions of your machine before purchasing.
Kit contents:
- 1x Piston seal – ensures tightness and correct piston operation (diameter: 200 mm).
- 2x Scraper rings – prevent dirt from entering the cylinder.
- 1x Piston rod guide seal – responsible for the tightness at the piston rod movement point.
- 1x Piston rod seal ring – a key component to prevent air leakage.
