Repair kit for 200mm assembly ram seals

⚠️Uwaga there are two types of rebounder cylinder on the market: 185mm or 200mm - these seals fit the larger 200mm cylinder types.

A complete set of o-ring g askets designed to regenerate and seal the cylinder of the striker on 200mm diameter assemblers. Regular replacement of the seals prevents leaks and a decrease in the efficiency of the unit, ensuring a longer service life.

The kit is compatible with assembly machine models such as the M-200 and similar models. We recommend checking the dimensions of your machine before purchasing.

Kit contents:

1x Piston gasket - ensures tightness and correct piston operation (diameter: 200 mm).
2x Scraper rings - prevents dirt from entering the cylinder.
1x Pistonrod guide seal - responsible for the tightness at the piston rod movement point.
1x Piston rod seal ring - a key component to prevent air leakage.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)
