Thanks to being made of high-quality cast steel, the head is extremely resistant to cracking and deformation. It can perfectly cope with the high stresses generated when handling rigid low-profile tyres and run-flat tyres.

Technical data and specifications

Mounting hole diameter: 30 mm - perfect fit for the machine stem.
Material: Cast steel with improved wear resistance.
Head profile: Type S (Standard), universal for most steel and aluminium wheels.
Fixing: Stable mounting with two strong allen bolts to eliminate any play during operation.

Protection for alloy wheels

Damage and scratches to your rims are a problem you can avoid with the right accessories. The shape of the head has been optimised for precise guidance of the mounting bucket and tyre bead.

The bead is equipped with integrated yellow composite glides (protective inserts). The plastic effectively insulates the metal part from the rim flange, guaranteeing completely safe removal and mounting of the tyre without risk of scratching. The glides are replaceable, making this a very economical solution.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
