Protective rubber pad for lift – Ø 120 mm

We present a professional rubber pad designed for column and plate lifts. It is an essential piece of equipment for every car repair shop and tyre service, ensuring safe lifting of vehicles without the risk of damaging the sills or chassis components.

The rubber is made of a special rubber compound with increased resistance to abrasion, crushing and the effects of oils and workshop chemicals. This guarantees a long service life even under intensive use.

Technical parameters and dimensions

The rubber foot offered is characterised by its precise workmanship. Its special "cup" shape allows the rubber to be securely mounted on the metal plate of the lift.

Outer diameter: 12 cm (120 mm)
Inner diameter (mounting): 10.5 cm (105 mm)
Height (thickness): 2.5 cm (25 mm)

The pad has a central mounting hole, which allows it to be screwed on in the case of lifts requiring permanent mounting of the rubber to the foot.

Safety and stability

The working surface of the rubber has been designed for maximum grip. The protrusions and non-slip structure prevent the pad from moving relative to the car's support point, which significantly increases the safety of the mechanic's work.

Before purchasing, please measure the metal plate in your jack carefully. This rubber fits perfectly on plates with a diameter of approximately 10.5 cm (it fits snugly or is placed on the rim).

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
