Front cover for tyre changer impact actuator – 185 mm

We offer a high-quality aluminium front cover (cap) designed for bead breaker actuators in tyre changers. This part is a key element of the pneumatic beater system, responsible for the tightness and guidance of the piston rod. The product is made of durable cast aluminium, which ensures high resistance to cracks and mechanical damage during intensive work in a tyre repair workshop.

The product is designed for actuators with an internal cylinder diameter of 185 mm. This is a standard size used in many popular tyre changing machines.

Total external diameter: 235 mm
Mounting hole spacing (diagonally): 210 mm
Cylinder diameter (seal): 185 mm
Piston rod hole diameter: 20 mm
Spacing between mounting forks: 7.5 cm – 8 cm
Connection hole diameter: approx. 12.7 mm

Universal application: The cover fits a wide range of tyre changers available on the Polish market, including popular Chinese brands and their equivalents.

The cover has solid ribbing to reinforce the structure, which prevents deformation under high working pressure. Replacing a worn or broken cover restores the full efficiency of the beater, eliminating air leaks and ensuring smooth piston operation.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
