The complete foot lock for the Invento TCS 524 is a ready-to-fit kit based on a professional D-type vertical/horizontal actuator. It replaces the original foot lock component, ensuring precise operation of the assembly column and secure retention of the assembly head in the specified position.

Ideal for workshops that want to quickly restore the TCS 524 assembly unit to full function without having to search for individual parts - all in one complete kit.

What is included in the kit?

The kit consists of a complete D-type foot lock actuator ("mushroom"), prepared for direct mounting on an Invento TCS 524 assembly machine. It includes

  • Complete vertical/horizontal actuator TYPE D (mushroom)
  • Fastening elements to fit the socket in the assembly body
  • Connection for pneumatic/hydraulic mounting system

Design and build quality

  • Galvanised steel upper dome - corrosion resistant thanks to the galvanic coating
  • Reinforced technical plastic base - resistant to loads and mechanical damage

The metal parts have been protected against corrosion, which translates into a long service life of the cylinder in harsh workshop conditions - moisture, dirt, intensive use.

Function in the Invento TCS 524 fitting machine

The actuator is the key element in the foot and column locking system of the TCS 524 assembly machine. It is responsible for:

  • Precise control of vertical and horizontal movement (vertical and horizontal)
  • Stable locking of the mounting head when working with the wheel
  • Smooth transmission of forces during lifting and pressing of the bead

The replacement has been designed as a direct counterpart to the component used on the Invento TCS 524, so that assembly is quick and the assembler regains full functionality of the column lock.
