Universal wire rope for bottom jointed two-column lifts (8.74m to 8.94m)

We have developed a universal wire rope designed to synchronise the arms on two-column lifts. It is a key safety feature, ensuring that the vehicle is raised and lowered evenly.

Important information: The product is certified and meets all the requirements of the Community Directives: 2006/42/EC and the harmonised standards and other technical specifications PN-EN-ISO 12100-1-2012

Why is it so versatile?

Often, a crimp that is too long on one side could enter the guide pulley, so our rope has a very short crimp on one side - a 7cm threaded element (you can still shorten it if necessary).

Different rope lengths of 8.72m, 8.65m, 8.94m etc. are used in lifts. Often you do not know what length of rope your lifter has. That is why, on the other hand, we have used the maximum long thread of 26cm (1). We believe that workshop owners are able to shorten the threaded piece accordingly themselves (someone who repairs cars must know how to use an angle grinder :). This makes the installation of our rope much easier, and when installing, the installer can specify how much he would like to shorten the rope, while maintaining ease of installation (ease of gripping the rope with the nuts).

These features make our rope suitable for the entire range of two-column lifts with rope lengths from 8.72m to 8.94m.

The ropes have special certificates which we send on request, e.g. when someone needs to UDT
