AZwarsztat sells spare parts and replacement parts for workshop equipment: car lifts, tyre changers (including truck tyre changers) and wheel balancers. Choose the part by the machine model or by the dimensions of the old part, because replacement parts from different factories differ in details that are not visible in the photo. We ship from warehouses in Poland and Germany; international delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the country.
The most frequently replaced parts on two-post and four-post lifts are steel lift cables, solenoid coils and lowering valves. A solenoid coil has to match two parameters at once: voltage (24 V DC, 24 V AC or 220 V AC) and the bore diameter for the valve stem (13 mm or 16 mm). If the cable you need is not in our standard range, order it in the made-to-measure cable configurator; it is supplied with a certificate of conformity with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. We also stock hydraulic cylinders, carriage slide blocks, limit switches and safety latches.
Our sales data shows that the part that fails most often on tyre changers is the bead breaker cylinder. Parts that work on every tyre are also replaced regularly: mounting head protectors, tyre lever protectors, pedals and under-table air valves. Mounting head protectors come in dozens of shapes, labelled in our shop as types A to BB, so compare your old protector with the photo and dimensions before ordering. For truck tyre changers we offer joysticks and control panels.
Choose the quick-release wheel nut to match the shaft thread: we stock 36×3, 38×3 and 40×3 mm versions. Choose the drive belt by its circumference (from 83 to 99.1 cm) and width, not by the balancer brand. You will also find piezoelectric sensors, centering cones, shafts and wheel balancing weights.
Parts are also grouped by machine manufacturer: ATH-Heinl, Evert, Twin Busch. Lift cables are listed separately for each brand, including ATH-Heinl, Twin Busch, Werther, Nortec, Nussbaum and Launch.
