Product features

Design

The actuator consists of two main components: a galvanised steel upper dome and a reinforced base made of engineering plastic. The metal surface is protected against corrosion with a special galvanic coating.

Functionality

The component provides precise motion control in two planes - vertical and horizontal. The internal design ensures smooth operation and even distribution of forces during lifting.

Mounting system

The product features a specially designed 7 mm deep mounting socket, which ensures stable seating within the machine structure. The 1/8" hydraulic connection allows for a quick and leak-tight connection of the hoses.

Application

The actuator is an integral part of the hydraulic system of D-type units, shown as component No. 1 in the assembly diagram. It guarantees reliable operation under intensive workshop use.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
