Product features
Design
The actuator has a two-part construction consisting of a brushed metal top dome and a reinforced base made of high-grade engineering plastic. The top is made of surface-treated steel for increased wear resistance.
Innovative solutions
The component features an optimised guidance system that ensures smooth movement in both the vertical and horizontal planes. The specially designed internal profile minimises friction and extends the service life of the unit.
Mounting system
Two mounting bolts spaced 30 mm apart ensure stable attachment to the lift structure. A 1/8" hydraulic connection guarantees a tight and reliable connection to the hydraulic system.
Application
The actuator is a key component of the jack system, shown as position No. 1 on the assembly diagram. It is designed for intensive use under workshop conditions.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?
Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.
Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:
- Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
- Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
- Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?
- Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
