A high-quality rotary switch coupler designed for professional tyre changers. This component is a crucial element in the mechanism that transmits motion between the pedal assembly and the rotary switch on the tyre-changing table.
Specifications and exact dimensions
Thanks to its precise manufacture, the component ensures trouble-free installation. The key product parameters are:
- Overall length: 65 mm
- Square hole dimension (for the switch spindle): 8 mm
- Height of the mounting sleeve: 27 mm
- Length of the longitudinal slot (‘bean-shaped’): 17 mm
Service tip: If you have noticed problems with the smooth change of the table’s rotation direction (the machine does not respond when the pedal is pressed or there is play), check the condition of the switch first. Replacing this worn component often restores the machine’s full responsiveness.
Application on the machine diagram
As shown in the attached assembly diagram, the component offered (marked in pink as part 0422) is fitted directly onto the shaft of the electric direction-of-rotation switch (0421). The longitudinal hole (17 mm) is used to connect to a metal pull rod (0436), which is actuated by the machine’s foot pedal.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?
Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.
Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:
- Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
- Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
- Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)
