GB14048 tyre changer rotary switch – Reliable table control

We offer a high-quality rotary switch (reverser) designed for tyre mounting machines. It is a key component of the machine's electrical system, responsible for controlling the direction of rotation of the mounting table motor. The GB14048.3 model features a robust design and high load resistance, which guarantees long and trouble-free operation in workshop conditions.

Application and compatibility

This switch is used in many popular tyre changer models available on the market. In technical diagrams, it is often marked as part of the control pedal system (shown as item no. 39 in the attached diagram). Thanks to the standard dimensions of the shaft and mounting holes, it is an ideal replacement part in the event of failure of the original component.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?
