Complete compressed air service unit DFC2000-F-X

A professional air preparation unit (FRL), essential in every workshop and tyre service centre. This device combines three key functions: filtration, pressure reduction and lubrication. It is a complete all-in-one solution that protects your pneumatic tools from contamination, water and lack of lubrication.

Why is this important? Unfiltered air from a compressor often contains moisture and rust particles, which are detrimental to tyre changers and impact wrenches. This unit eliminates these hazards, significantly extending the service life of workshop machinery.

Key features and design

  • Filter-drain: Effectively removes water condensate and solid contaminants from compressed air. The transparent tank allows for easy monitoring of the collected water level.
  • Pressure reducer: A precise knob with a lock (visible at the top in orange) and a clear pressure gauge (scaled in bar and psi) allow you to set the ideal working pressure for the connected devices.
  • Oiler (lubricator): Automatically dispenses oil mist into the flowing air, ensuring lubrication of the moving parts of pneumatic tools. It has oil dosage adjustment (dome at the top).

The unit has a compact design (DL-MINI series), which allows it to be installed even in confined spaces, e.g. on a lift column or on the side of an assembler.

  • Recommended oil: ISO VG 32

Complete mounting kit

The product is delivered ready for installation. The kit includes dedicated mounting brackets that ensure stable attachment of the unit to the wall or machine housing.

Set of mounting screws (4 mm)
