100 mm piston for the jaw clamping and arm swing cylinder
A high-quality pneumatic piston designed for professional tyre changers. It is an essential component of the pneumatic system, which works perfectly as a replacement part in jaw clamping cylinders (located under the workbench) and in cylinders responsible for column/arm deflection. Precise manufacture from durable plastic ensures excellent compatibility with seals and trouble-free operation of the machine under load.

- Internal diameter (for seal): 90 mm
- Piston height: 25 mm
- Diameter of the central bore for the pin: 12 mm
Service tip: The piston interacts with the inner surface of the cylinder (shown in the attached technical diagram). Wear on this component often manifests as a leak in the cylinder and a reduction in the clamping force exerted by the jaws on the wheel. Replacing it with a new piston from our range immediately restores the system to full working order.
