It is an essential component of the pneumatic system, which works perfectly as a replacement part in jaw clamping cylinders (located under the workbench) and in cylinders responsible for column/arm deflection. Precise manufacture from durable plastic ensures excellent compatibility with seals and trouble-free operation of the machine under load.

Service tip: The piston interacts with the inner surface of the cylinder (shown in the attached technical diagram). Wear on this component often manifests as a leak in the cylinder and a reduction in the clamping force exerted by the jaws on the wheel. Replacing it with a new piston from our range immediately restores the system to full working order.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?
Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.
Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:
- Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
- Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
- Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)
