The 75 mm piston with gasket set is a high-quality repair kit for the reconditioning of cylinders used on wheel fitters. It can be used on both jaw clamp (under table) and arm deflection cylinders. The kit ensures tight, durable and reliable operation of the hydraulic or pneumatic system.

Ideal for actuator repair without replacing the entire component. Fits many models of assembly machines available on the market.

The kit includes:

1x 75 mm diameter piston
1x seger ring
1x piston guide
4x o-ring seals with different diameters

Piston dimensions:

Outer diameter: 75 mm
Central bore diameter: 12 mm
Piston height: 22 mm

All components are made of materials that are resistant to wear, high pressure, temperature and hydraulic oil. As a result, the set guarantees a long service life and minimises the risk of failure.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)
