High-quality set of plastic covers designed for ATH-Heinl M-series wheel assemblers. Compatible with models:

ATH M32
ATH M52
ATH M72
ATH M72Z

The kit is dedicated to fitting machines without a pneumatic mounting finger - not compatible with machines equipped with an automatic tyre tensioning arm.

Application and function

The covers are mounted on the mounting shoe (positions 14 and 16 on the technical drawing) and serve to protect the aluminium rims against scratches and damage during mounting and dismounting of the tyres. In addition, they protect the bead itself against wear and corrosion.

Using the covers is a simple way of extending the life of the machine and avoiding costly complaints about damage to customers' rims.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
