ATH-Heinl replacement: plastic cover set for ATH M32, M52, M72, M72Z tyre changers.

High-quality set of plastic covers designed for ATH-Heinl M-series tyre changers. Compatible with models:

ATH M32
ATH M52
ATH M72
ATH M72Z

The kit is intended for machines without a pneumatic mounting finger - not compatible with machines equipped with an automatic tyre clamping arm.

Application and function

The covers are mounted on the mounting head (positions 14 and 16 on the technical drawing) and serve to protect aluminium rims against scratches and damage during mounting and demounting of tyres. In addition, they protect the tyre bead itself against wear and corrosion.

Using the covers is a simple way to extend the service life of the machine and to avoid costly claims relating to damage to customers' rims.

What cables do I need for my two-post lift?

Check the rope termination. If there are any markings on it, the total rope length is very often indicated as well, e.g., L8920. This means the rope length is 8.92 m.

Additionally, to correctly select the rope, you need to provide the following technical parameters:

Rope diameter – measured in the middle section (e.g., 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm)
Thread – diameter (e.g., M16)
Thread – length – length of the threaded section (e.g., 14 cm)

What is my machine's model?

Find the nameplate on the device – it usually contains key information, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- Year of manufacture
- Serial number
